One of the PDUs feeding TFM3 G7 experienced a spike which caused the management interface to lock and a number of power outlets to freeze / shut off
Engineers were quickly on the scene to investigate and were able to reset the affected ports back into service
Unfortunately a number of customers connected to that PDU will have experienced a reboot as a result of the issue
We are investigating the cause of the spike / reset at this time. This is a rare occurrence we do however apologise for the inconvenience caused
