We will be conducting planned maintenance to upgrade the software on our core network switches during the early hours of Sunday morning. This will be a rolling upgrade and will affect all single honed services at some point as each switch reboots in turn to complete upgrade.
All services may experience an outage of upto 30 mins during this time, however most will be no more than a couple of minutes.
However all services should be considered at-risk during this window.
02:00 – UPDATE – Preparation work is completed, we will be commencing upgrade imminently.
06:59 – UPDATE – Maintenance nearly complete, there are a small number of services still at risk while a final switch finished the upgrade.
07:30 – UPDATE – Maintenance complete. All services should now be working normally.
