We have identified a problem with one of the network interfaces on web-21 and are currently investigating / replacing the faulty line card
We anticipate web-21 will be offline for 30 minutes during this emergency maintenance

13:15 – the technical issues surrounding this issue are taking longer to resolve than originally anticipated
We are working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
13:35 – web-21 should now have been restored. We are planning additional maintenance to address the problem and allow for additional growth over the Xmas maintenance period.
15:35 – Following todays earlier issues we are rebooting web-21 to resolve one additional issue we have identified. We are also planning further maintenance this evening to address todays issues. This maintenance will take place between 00:01 and 02:00
16:20 – The reboot has identified disk level inconsistencies resulting in an extended reboot. We are roughly 50% through the repair.
