At about 18:45 we experienced an outage due to a faulty power unit in london-1
Engineers responded quickly and acted to replace the faulty component also relocating some equipment to different power sources to expedite their recovery.
A small number of customer servers were affected, as well as one of our Virtuozzo host nodes (vpsh1).
At the time of writing all servers have been restored and we are watching them reboot / perform disk integrity checks as a result of an unclean shutdown.
We anticipate all services to be fully restored within the hour.
