** UPDATE **
vpsh1 has now been replaced. It appears to have been a hardware problem which manifested itself overnight and caused a reboot / hang of the server.
Engineers spent the first part of the morning restoring service to affected VPS containers by migrating the data onto functioning servers, and then worked to identify and fix the fault with the chassis.
As of 14:00 the new vpsh1 has been returned to service and we will be migrating containers back onto this server in due course to ensure correct load spread across the cloud

vpsh1 has stopped responding. At this time we are uncertain as to the reason for the failure, however an engineer has been despatched to site.
This outage affects a number of customers who are hosted on this Virtuozzo server, including shared web hosting customers hosted on psa03, as well as dedicated VPS servers.
We hope to resolve this problem quickly, but will know more within the next 2 hours
