Following on from the failure of IP House operated by iRack Networks Ltd (and previously also Media City in Salford Manchester) we have been forced to take emergency action to secure customer servers and all customer data housed within the IP House London facility.
Steps have been taken to migrate all customer data and servers securely from the IP House London facility to a new suite in Telehouse London’s flagship West facility.
More details will follow of the new state of the art data centre suite within which we are now able to offer colocation services.
Our thanks must go out to Telehouse and their staff for pulling out all the stops and making this migration as smooth and as painless as possible. This has definitely been one of the fastest moves/migrations of its size we have ever had to do!
