Fido.Net Status Updates

Planned Maintenance – Fidonet Customer Portal – Friday 1st Nov 2019

We will be taking the Fidonet Portal down for planned maintenance this evening from 10pm to perform a number of upgrades on the back end systems.

This should take no more than a couple of hours and will not impact any customer services.

It will not be possible to access the portal to place orders or pay invoices etc during this time.

Update – This maintenance is now complete. Any issues experienced, please raise a support ticket.
