Following on from Last Sunday’s Maintenance which didnt fully complete.
We will be conducting planned maintenance to migrate Web-11 onto new hardware starting at 11pm on Saturday 2nd Nov 2019.
We would hope to complete this work by 11am Sunday morning.
During this time, any websites hosted on this server will be unavailable and you will not be able to access emails during this maintenance.
We will update this status as soon as the maintenance is complete.
Update – The migration is taking slightly longer than we had hoped. We will update once it is completed, and would expect this to be by 13:30 at the latest and possibly slightly sooner.
Update – This maintenance is now completed. All services have been restored. If you are still experiencing any issues then please raise a support ticket in the usual way.
