We are currently experiencing issues with apps-store-1 in the Glide cluster.
Whilst this server currently only directly serves approximately 2% of our customer base, it is also a logging and lookup server and due to technical issues with this server customers may experience some issues access email via the web interface at this time and maintaining their accounts through the fidonet.com control panel
Engineers are working on a resolution and hope to have the issues with this server resolved shortly
