We are aware of problems affecting a large number of Virgin Media Circuits provided through Exponential-E
Network Status “Virgin Media have dispatched an engineer to Telehouse.”
At 23:25 we experienced an incident of loss of connectivity to a vast number of our Virgin Media Circuits. This has been logged with our carrier partner and their engineers are currently working to resolve the issue swiftly and restore all affected services.
We will provide further updates to affected customers as soon as possible with “latest Status” network updates also available via www.exponential-e.com/network-status.
