at 08:00 this morning vpsh6 experienced an unexpected kernel failure
Engineers are currently working on resolving the issue
vpsh6 operates web nodes 12, 13 and 21. Customers on these containers will find their sites are currently affected.
We will post more information as soon as we have it
08:15 – the failure / kernel panic seems to have been related to the R1/Idera backup drivers. We are investigating further at this time
08:20 – The host node has been rebooted and affected containers are now beginning to restart
