Following reports of problems with the SMTP server on web-11 and an apparent issue with the anti virus / qmail daemons exhibiting a memory leak we are currently rebooting web-11 to try and resolve these issues and apply a kernel update with additional security enhancements which was released last week.
We anticipate web-11 and the hosted web sites/mail domains will be back in service within 15 minutes
