Following reports of issues sending / receiving mail from web-11 we have identified an issues which we believe the fastest way to clear is to perform a server reboot.
We anticipate this emergency maintenance should take no more than 45 minutes

11:15 server restored to service
12:15 We are aware of further issues and are currently working on resolving these additional issues following the security update and reboot
12:55 We now believe the underlying SSL issues caused by the security update have now been addressed
