We are experiencing technical issues with web-21 and as a result have taken the decision to migrate customers onto web-22 which is a considerably more powerful server, with more storage and a higher level of performance.
Unfortunately owing to the nature of the failure and the rescue/recovery/migration method required to minimise any physical downtime, we are having to migrate the sites onto new IP addresses at the same time.
As sites are migrated their DNS is being updated and pushed out to minimise any downtime or disruption. If we do not control your DNS then you will need to liaise with support or log into the control panel to review the new IP address
Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause. We are working hard to ensure the sites are moved in real time with the minimum of disruption.
As of 01:00 all sites have been migrated and DNS changes have been pushed out on a 5 minute TTL. This means that the old web-21 should see minimal traffic and we will be working to recycle the server and the IP pool in due course, however we will leave the server up to serve content in a read only manner to ensure no hits are lost.
