We are preparing to perform upgrades and a reboot on web-11
Initial work is well underway however the actual reboot will most likely be scheduled for the early hours of Thursday morning as we are running towards the end of our planned maintenance window tonight and not all checks have been completed.
The upgrades constitute security enhancements and as such we feel it necessary to extend the maintenance window to allow sufficient time to complete the updates.
We will work to keep any disruption to a minimum, however customers should expect their websites to be offline for a short period during the maintenance window
The maintenance window from tonight (00:00 – 04:00) is being extended to conclude Thursday am between 00:01 and 04:00
