We are aware of problems with a line card in one of our routers which is affecting a handful of customers hosted in our IP House facility.
We have an engineer en route to replace the faulty line card and hope to have normal service resumed shortly.
The fault first exhibited itself at approx 13:51 today
A replacement line card has been installed as of 16:30 today. We will however need to reboot the chassis this evening to apply a firmware update across the cards.
We anticipate a brief outage (less than 30 seconds) at approximately 10pm while the router reboots and routes re-converge.
