The web server hosting the fido.net website (Broadband checker, Fido Support Suite and Speedtest.net) has experienced a hardware failure overnight

Customers wishing to access the legacy fido.net control panel can do so at https://my.fido.net/cp/
fidonet.com is not affected by this failure
Whilst the old fido.net server is offline, customer support updates via email may also be affected and delayed.
Web access to the support centre has already been restored onto a new server and is accessible via the same (old) URLs – https://www.fido.net/support/ (requires a DNS refresh). Emails into the support system will be queued pending restoration of the original server which may take up to 48 hours. If your query is of an urgent nature please use the web interface to raise a support ticket.
If you are having problems connecting to the support centre please use (on windows) “ipconfig /flushdns” to clear your DNS cache
