VM Node Outage

We are currently experiencing an outage with one of our VM nodes in London. This is currently being investigated, however this has caused some issues with customers accessing the Glide email platform, some Fidotalk services amongst others. We are continuing to investigate and will update shortly.

Update: 10:15

We have identified a potential bug in the storage subsystem, and have applied a patch from the supplier which we are told will resolve the issue and stop it from occurring again.

We have also rebooted the node involved and confirmed that all VM’s are now back up and running.

Anyone still experiencing issues, please raise a support request in the usual way.

We have not seen any further issues with the VM platform so are closing this issue.
