We are conducting some emergency maintenance on one of our Core BGP routers tonight to perform a firmware upgrade on advice from the vendor.
Due to the resiliency within our network this should not cause any outages for a majority of customers, however it will cause a small outage for our DSL customers during this time. The outage shouldn’t last more than 30 mins while the router reboots.
Although we don’t expect it to impact any other services, all services should be considered at-risk during this period.
Complete: All maintenance was completed by 5am with everything running as normal. In the unlikely event of any issues, please raise a support ticket as normal.
