With the holiday season rapidly approaching, we are taking a responsible approach to network maintenance and imposing a complete change freeze between now and the end of the year.
The purpose of a network change freeze is to ensure that critical services aren’t interrupted by maintenance at peak or sensitive times.
We usually impose a freeze during August and again during December to ensure that customer service is kept as a priority, and to avoid disruptions at sensitive times. This also means that our engineers are ensured some well deserved down time away from the office.
We work hard throughout the year to ensure the maximum service levels and carefully schedule maintenance and security updates. This measured approach is designed to work with our 100% uptime SLA and our focus on customer service delivery.
