Following on from the storage server issues this morning, we are still busy recovering and verifying data stores and SQL databases to ensure no data has been lost, and optimising storage systems at the same time
Currently, apps-store-3 is reporting potential inconsistencies in one of it’s databases and as a precaution, we have shut this mail store down to speed up repairs and protect data / etc
We expect to have the database restored fully within the next 4 hours

The database rebuild was completed by 2am (within 2 hours) and services restored.
This morning we have continued to experience performance issues with the load balancers and, at this time, storage speeds are still impacted due to the continued rebuild and re-balance of the storage system. We anticipate that performance will remain slow for most of today, however once complete a major improvement in speed and performance is expected.
