We have identified an issue with a controller in store-1 which is part of the back end database cluster housing customer accounts in the Fido Glide service.
As a precaution, we have taken this machine out of service and are working to restore and replace the controller.
During this essential maintenance some customers may experience issues connecting to the webmail and IMAP services if their accounts are hosted on this server.
We hope to have the service restored within the next 2 hours
