We are aware of intermittent problems accessing emails on web-11 currently and engineers are working on resolving this problem urgently.

We are currently rebooting web-11 to install an updated kernel as we believe the issue is related to a load related bug in the kernel. The server will be offline during the reboot which should take no longer than 5 minutes to recover
Update – The reboot process is taking longer than anticipated due to a required disk check (fsck). This has nearly completed and we hope to have service restored by 12:20
14:00 – the server has now been operational and stable for over an hour following the reboot. We are continuing to monitor services to ensure they operate normally however at this believe the fault to be rectified.
