relay-1 has been exhibiting some strange behaviour this morning, which appears to be a mixture of a memory leak, a large nigerian spam and someone attempting to break through security barriers on the machine.
As a precaution and as we needed to reboot to clear the memory leak anyway, we have upgraded the kernel and applied the latest patches to sshd.
This meant that for a brief period this morning relay-1 (and the redmail.com service) were both unavailable as the server rebooted.
Service should now be back to normal
