At approximately 10:45 this morning psa02 experienced a server failure.
Our engineers worked quickly to restore the server, however due to the fact there is roughly 2TB of storage attached to the server, it then took a further 2.5 hours to scan the disks and report all was well.
Normal service was restored at approximately 13:50.
We are continuing to monitor the server in case of problems, and will update this note if any further action is required.
