We will be cunducting a number of planned maintenances this weekend to upgrade out entire core network.
This will involve the replacement of both edge routers to Juniper MX204 units as well as our core switching platform to Juniper EX series units.
We will conduct these upgrades in series to minimise interruption to services, however there may be very brief periods during this time where customers may notice services are unavailable. This shouldn’t last for more than 5 mins at any one time.
As usual, we will keep customers updated via this portal.
