At approximately 09:20 this morning vpsh3 (one of our virtualisation services) experienced a failure exhibited by a host node kernel panic.
The fault was quickly identified by monitoring and the virtualisation server was restarted by engineers.
Normal service was restored shortly after 09:50 this morning.
We are investigating the fault in more detail and attempting to identify the cause of the panic.
