Our windows hosting platforms are undergoing patching at this time and services hosted on these Windows servers will be unavailable whilst the patches are installed and the servers are rebooted.
We will post again when the latest updates have been installed and normal service is resumed.

10 of our 11 windows servers have updated successfully. psaw1 is currently offline due to a failed update. We are talking to Microsoft directly at this stage to understand why the update has caused this error and we hope to restore the server as quickly as possible.
