We will be upgrading the Support Centre over the weekend.
The new support centre brings with it a host of new features, including the ability to track your tickets online, improved LiveChat functionality and integration with the Control Panel upgrades we are hoping to implement next week.
We will be working to populate the Knowledge Base and self help tools over the coming weeks, as well as to try to ensure old tickets are properly imported so that we can track the history of previous support requests.
If you have an open support request with us currently we will endeavour to close this before migrating your ticket across, or contact you with new ticket details as the migration completes.
