Upstream issues with VoIP provider

12:15 – One of our VoIP providers is experiencing issues due to network problems.  Their engineers are actively working on resolving the issue

12:30 – Their engineers are still working on the problem

12:45 – No further updates at this time

15:00 – Their team have been able to restore partial service and this is being rolled out so service levels are constantly improving.  We will issue an update as soon as full service is restored.

 

Note this only affects inbound calls to certain numbers.  We operate a multi-vendor network to ensure the minimum of disruption.  Outbound calls and inbound calls over the remainder of our carriers are unaffected by this outage.
