We have received notification from our DSL partners Zen Internet of emergency maintenance which may impact some customers
Incident: Routing & Core Network – Emergency Maintenance – Manchester Central and Blackfriars exchanges
We have become aware of a potential issue that could cause packet loss at Manchester Central and Blackfriars exchanges.
An emergency maintenance window has been arranged to clean a fibre connection which should resolve this.

Impact
Expected disruptive service.
Ethernet and Broadband services will be at risk of additional or extended outages for the duration of the maintenance window.
Customers with Ethernet services that will be affected will be notified directly.
