Inbound problems with ported numbers

We are aware of issues with some numbers which were ported to Fido Telecom due to a fault with one of our upstream providers.

 

Our upstream provider is still investigating and hopes to have this issue resolved shortly.

The problem only affects inbound calls on certain numbers which were ported to us from BT .. our own numbers and numbers routed from other providers such as Vodafone/Virgin/etc are also unaffected.

 

Please monitor this post for further updates

 

We have been advised that the issue should have been cleared as of 17:40 today

We will have more details as to the cause of the fault in the next 24-48 hours once an RFO has been published
